Was an RN for 8 years working in intensive care, the emergency department and in gastrointestinal endoscopy prior to receiving her Nurse Practitioner Certification. Completed a family practice clinical residency with the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences.
Has a passion for preventive medicine, pediatrics, cardiovascular health and sleep medicine.
Volunteered at the Mankato Marathon, Pedal Past Poverty, MN Mission of Mercy, and enjoys teaching nursing students as a student nurse preceptor.
Member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Minnesota Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau.
Enjoys spending time outside with her family, traveling, going to concerts, and cooking.
