Lake Crystal Clinic Offers Evening Appointments

Regular check-ups are important for patients of all ages. In Lake Crystal we offer immunizations, well child care appointments and FREE sports physicals, as well as adult physicals and preventive care. Direct access lab testing, COVID -19 testing and vaccinations, and Department of Transportation (DOT) exams can also be done at the Lake Crystal Clinic.

Dr. Marc L. Wilkinson and Nurse Practitioner Elissa Karels are both accepting new patients. The Lake Crystal Clinic is located conveniently at 221 S. Murphy St. in downtown Lake Crystal.

The clinic in Madelia also has extended hours on Mondays, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
