At Goodhue Living, every resident and staff member is treated like family and we strive to create an environment that feels like home. We believe spontaneity is important to keeping cognitive function fresh and we bring elements of this into the home. It is common to see well behaved animals in the residence as well as young students who bring a light and energy. Our life enrichment activities are community based and revolve around music, art and adaptive exercise to name a few. We provide calm and consistent care and we are intentional with all that we do. We never fall into a pattern with our activities. Our home was designed to be accessible as well as aesthetically pleasing. Each resident has a private apartment and residents can enjoy common areas that promote inclusiveness as well as areas specially designed for quiet.
